I wanted to bring a great small cap exploration/driller to the attention of the board by the name of Royale Energy(ROYL) with new holdings bringing on production on the Gulf Coast and new acquisitions along with additional NG wells that will be drilled in 2000. Right now new production NG wells will add 5,000 MCF per day in production along with any new discoveries. They have very low outstanding of 3.7 million shares at an ask of $2.75. Don Hosmer, CEO has sent me a stockholder letter stating that 4th quarter in preparation right now will be very strong earnings bringing them positive earnings for 1999 and their 1st quarter 2000 will be the strongest earnings for 1st quarter in their companies history. I do not believe that their stock price reflects the companies real value. They are going to continue increasing natural gas and oil reserves, production, cash flow and earnings. IMO, this is Royale's year to shine. Do your DD on this company and see the potential that they have. Santiago
