SYMC added to Technology Investor's (http://www.technologyinvestor.com) "Speculative" portfolio.

"Symantec is the profitable half of the Anti-Virus Duopoly. After 10 years of trying to catch Network Associates (NETA) they recently passed their rival in market cap. Symantec may have also leapfrogged Network Associates in technology with the new Norton suite of anti-virus and security software. Symantec recently sold their Act! and Java Cafe' programs to focus on anti-virus, web-filtering and security. Their business and share price are benefitting from current hysteria over net security."
