Interesting response. Only thing is, that is was no alternative viable alternative choice for MSFT's customers at the time. Only now, are alternatives entering the marketplace. Linux with 25% of web service market and growing (web service marketshare is open to interpretation, basing my figurs on Dataquest analysis).

No viable choice=monopoly. IMO, MSFT, abused their position in the marketplace.

P.S.: I owned MSFT from 97-99. I just think they are going to get creamed by DOJ.
