Information just received from Net Shepherd Net Shepherd Shareholder Participation in the IPOs of the Subsidiary Application Companies The Board is committed to delivering value to shareholders through unlocking the potential of the Application Companies in IPOs, strategic alliances or trade sales. We support the principle of enabling shareholders to participate directly in IPOs where they occur. We are currently examining the financial, legal and administrative implications of the different ways in which this might be done, which may include partial spin-offs or preferential allocations in IPOs.
