Chris, I'm not necessarily recommending that you wait until you get the ALA shares, just suggesting a way for you to "have your cake and eat it too" if you really believe that you will get 15% or so more by holding out another 3 months. You will have to rely on your own judgment and due diligence in making that decision. Margin borrowing has its risks. Margin calls can force you to sell stocks at the very worst possible time. Personally, I don't use margin but may do so at some time in the future. I do not recommend or dis-recommend it. I just offer it as a solution to your problem of needing cash now but not wanting to sell your NN shares for several months.
