Of course, this is yet another company, like Juniper, that's trying to get some of the biz away from the giants, Cisco, Lucent and Nortel.
I don't know where they are in their development cycle (shipping yet?). Maybe you can do some research there. Also any plans for IPO? They seem to have a product, like Juniper, with all the sizzle and hype. So, if Juniper rocketed out of the gate, why not Avici? Of course they have to get it to work (minor detail). Only problem I see with Avici, off the top, is that they're located back in the old country (MA). LOL, get Joey!
