Prisons sales can be quite profitable - it's not like the population can use the Internet or go to the mall and comparison shop. Strahl was quoted in an interview that the average prisoner's disposable income is $1500 to $1600. And then there's the staff, - Candy, cigarettes, magazines, anyone?
