I may over-state my case somewhat - obviously, there will need to be ISPs for areas where cable is not available. And, it will take many years for all cable systems to upgrade. There is also a need for dial-in ISPs for those who need access on the road. Unfortunately, ELNK is primarly concentrated in areas where cable is widely available and many of their areas are prime targets for cable modems. Also looking forward to an @Home IPO. However, that may be quite far off or never, due to the recent private infusion of cash they got from within the industry. But I stand 100% behind my contention that this company is about the ego of a 25 year old than anything else. What amazes me is the people who went along. I'd bet that they'd rather not think about it. :)
