Well, with respect to SRGL, I think the patent holder of the Surgical Correction of Presbyopia procedure is going to litigate the laser approach. So, with SRGL's procedure in question, I doubt that they will be spending money on the clinicals. I have not looked at the patents so I do not have a feel on the merit of the action.

With regard to the use of infrared to shrink collagen as in Sunrise LTK, I am very bullish. No one risking a challange to the Sand Patents held by SNRS. Refractec has an RF approach to the procedure, but they have a long way to go to show that the procedure is even effective, regardless of the press releases coming from the company.

FDA approval due for LTK is due within several months. I expect a big product roll out at ASCRS.
