Well John, they have brought it down below 20 and they keep lowering the ask, 19 or so is "supposed to be" a support area from few months back, if buying does not come in, I think that we will have to come to the conclusion that this is more than those 900,000 shares in the settlement bailing out (it would be unlikely for all these to bail out at the same time), it must be a large holder bailing out (if the report that INCA alone sold close to 900,000 is correct). Could it be that once more, we the public are the last to know what is going on?
