if you didn't already know, Juniper's PR engine is on full throttle with the Quad M40 (announcements with C&W, GTE, UUNet and others). to wit:
"Today UUNET is activating OC-192c/STM-64 circuits between Chicago, New York, and Washington, D.C. ... UUNET plans to expand its nationwide rollout of OC-192c/STM-64 circuits ... to include Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Sacramento in the third quarter of this year, with other major U.S. hubs to follow throughout 2000."
