Mr. Vincent brings a wide range of high level executive talent to the Board and provides expert advice on international finance and trade which is a key element of the expansion of ProNetLink.com.
After his graduation as a Master of Law and Political Sciences with a diploma from the Institute of Political Studies, Mr. Vincent spent 38 years in banking with the international banking group, Banque Nationale de Paris which has recently become Banque Nationale de Paris -PARIBAS, after the merger with the bank PARIBAS. He holds the positions of C.E.O. in various organizations of the Group in different countries.
Mr. Vincent has accumulated a high level of experience. In Europe he was Chairman and Managing Director of BNP and Banque Nagelmakers. He was also involved in the banking community in Belgium, Luxemburg, Paris and Africa as President and General Manager of Banque Internationale for West Africa and Executive Director of United Bank for Africa in Nigeria.
However, most of his career was dedicated to Asia, as Head of Administration and General Secretary of the BNP branch in Hong Kong and as Manager for the BNP network for South East Asian countries, based in Singapore until 1987. His last assignment in the bank was Senior Vice President, Head of the Asia Pacific Division, with supervisory responsibilities over a vast network of branches, subsidiaries and affiliates operating in all Asian countries and Australia.
Since his retirement in 1997, with the title of Honorary Director at Banque Nationale de Paris, Mr. Vincent maintains a large number of contacts and a high level of knowledge of Asian markets evolution; he travels frequently in China and Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Myanmar and Thailand.
He is Senior Consultant of Natio-Consultants, a BNP subsidiary specializing in advising banks on strategies and organizational matters. He was appointed as Director of Conseil A Aboudaram, a Swiss financial firm involved in medium term lending and trade finance; he is also advising one south east Asian Group on investment opportunities in Europe and Africa.
Mr. Vincent has been nominated Knight in the order of the Legion d'Honneur.
