Uncle Frank: "Gorilla stocks are the only sure things." "Sure" in what way? While a company such as the Q is about as close to a long run excellent investment as there is IMO and Qualcomm is a gorilla, there have been major price fluctuations and will continue to be. Cisco which is a gorilla dropped more than 40% twice within a two year time span. And Microsoft is considered a gorilla but even Geoff Moore suggests it may have an infected tooth. "Sure thing" implies a degree of certainty and stability that I for one would be hesitant to use for any company - even the Q which I think comes closest over the next 3 to 5 years. Just IMO.
