Ref you problem, you are right, no one should have to go through that. You have a right to be upset and Cyber should understand that.

But ref. you statement above, therein may be the problem -

I don't think the deal is completed as yet and from several posts here it seems that Cyber is walking on eggs trying to keep everything quite during this period.

Sad, they use to be the most customer service related company around but it appears no more.
