Penny Stock Guidelines

1. Invest in knowledge before you invest your money.
2. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.
3. Sell « (or 1/3 or whatever) of your position when the stock doubles.
4. Always use limit orders.
5. Use a low-priced on-line broker.
6. Use a broker that executes trades fast.
7. Watch out for "per-share" charges after 5000 shares.
8. Don't put all of eggs in one basket.
9. Never fall in love with a stock.
10. A good exit point is when you have made a profit.
11. If you believe in a stock, averaging down is a good strategy.
12. If you believe in a stock, averaging up is a good strategy.
13. Patience is a virtue.
14. Don't buy a stock solely on a bulletin board post.
15. Watch out for MOMO plays.
16. Beware of "pump and dumps".
17. Don't quit your day job.
18. Understand the power of a Press Release.
19. Diversify.
20. Penny stocks DO NOT trade after hours.
21. Follow your portfolio with Real Time Quotes - 20-minute delays can kill.

22. Place orders using decimals - .68 is cheaper than 11/16 (.6875).
23. High volume makes it easier to place order.
24. Buy on rumor - sell on news.
25. It is possible to lose all of your money in a stock.

45. Buy on the dip.
46. Do the research, and then buy the stock - not the other way around.
47. Don't believe everything you read.
48. Having two on-line brokerage accounts is a good idea.
49. Market orders in a fast moving stock can kill.
50. Don't look back. If you made a profit - be happy.
