Michael Weingarten struck some pretty good deals. On the "Desig" acquisition, issuing 3,100,000 shares to get after-tax earnings of $775,500 gives the company $0.25 per share earnings (for the new shares), which isn't too shabby. And with the "YAM" acquisition, what can I say! CDN 4.8 million cash to acquire after-tax earnings of 1.65 million I can't remember the last time I saw acquisitions on such favorable terms. This stock wont be able to stay on the under $5 thread for much longer... I know, there are also some options etc., but still fabulous deals.
