If you access the Yahoo quote server through the 'quotes' button at the bottom of this SI page and type in 'UNVC', you will receive a quote for Univec. To the right of the quote there is a hypertext 'SEC filings' which directs you to the following URL: sec.yahoo.com Now we're all back to my original question: What is the relationship between Univec and United Capital Corp., if any?
