BEDMINSTER, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 2000--KENT FINANCIAL
SERVICES, INC. (the "Company") (NASDAQ - KENT) recorded net income for
1999 of $409,000 or $.21 basic and fully diluted earnings per share,
compared to net income of $532,000 or $.27 basic and fully diluted
earnings per share for 1998. Total revenues for the year ended
December 31, 1999 were $4.8 million, compared to $5.2 million for the
year ended December 31, 1998. Net investing gains were $234,000 in
1999, compared to net investing gains of $1,651,000 in 1998.
The Company has 1,862,264 shares outstanding as of March 27, 2000. |
