Kevin--Some thoughts on NAB.

Interactive TV software:
OPTV has been branded leader with largest subscription base. Good lead, but not of much significance down the road. This has bloated stock price, but much of that has been bled off.
SFA--both Hardware and software. Buzz about spinning off software end. Clear leader down the road.
LBRT has been badly damaged by perception of OPTV lead as well as some deals and secondary. Looks like a real bargain. Their appeal most recently comes from confirmation of AOL TV platform. Today they announced an AOL exec added to their board. When AOL TV comes out this Summer, with the huge AOL marketing blitz, I think that LBRT will quickly eclipse OPTV. You cannot beat having AOL marketing doing your work for you. BTW who is the hardware maker who is making that box.
Interactive application software makers WINK and IATV should also be in the spotlight.

Your basket of DTV emerging companies includes UVEW, CHY, and ACRO. CHY has really outperformed and I expect them to get back in gear around the NAB show.

Streaming media will also be big on the agenda. AKAM, ADCT and RNWK come to mind.

I still like ATYT, not sure how the NAB will affect them.

I'll keep working on this. Love to hear some thoughts from you or others. I would like to be into this basket by the later part of next week.

There is a nice exhibitors page on the NAB website searchable by product and category.
