Re Monday's conference call:
Here's what I received from WIND's investor relations today:

Dear Friends of Wind River Systems:

Wind River Systems will hold a conference call on Monday, April 3, 2000 to discuss the filing of an 8K which provides pro forma condensed combined financial statements for Wind River and Integrated Systems. You are invited to participate in this conference call with Wind River senior management at 2:00 p.m. Pacific (5:00 p.m. Eastern).

A press release will be sent out over Business Wire after the close of market on Monday, April 3, 2000, concurrent with the filing of the 8K form with the SEC. After the release has gone out over the wire, a fax broadcast will be sent to you with the press release.

The dial-in number for the conference call is 800-863-4938 for domestic callers and 706-634-7025 for international callers. You should call in five to ten minutes prior to the start of the conference call.

You may also listen to the live conference call on-line by going to our website (www.windriver.com). You should check the website at least 30 minutes to 45 minutes prior to the start of the conference call to make sure that you have all of the necessary plug-ins to listen to the conference call. A pre-event page with details of the conference call will be posted to our home page approximately three days prior to the conference call. If you listen to the conference call on the web, you will not be able to ask questions during the Q&A session. If you have questions that you would like to ask, you should call using one of the numbers supplied above.

If you are unable to participate in the live conference call, you may call in to listen to a recording of the call. The recording will be available from approximately 5:00 p.m. (Pacific) on Monday, April 3, 2000, to 8:59 p.m. (Pacific) on Friday, April 7, 2000. To listen to the recording, please call 1-800-642-1687 (for international callers please call 706-645-9291) and enter the conference I.D. 89768. You may also listen to a recording of the conference call on-line by going to the archived recording on our website (http://www.corporate-ir.net/ireye/ir_site.zhtml?ticker=WIND&script=1100).

We look forward to your participation.

Regards,

De Anna Mekwunye
