Down alot this past week as well. It's not a pretty sight and like everyone else is saying..I HAVE HAD IT WITH these analysts.

These brokerages have been making money off of CNBC and the likes. Along witht their buy recs etc.

CASE IN POINT...KOREA!!!!! LEHM puts a 120 $ price target on it...and is on the ask for next week (back in 1999) selling it (short or real) and finally shows up on the bid side at 50$ ish...isuing another buy rec and selling for the next week again!!!

Now we have CEO's coming and making coments on their stock price, we have analysts that single handedly take the NASDAQ down a few hundred points....CNBC has got to stop this market manipultion - for the good and the bad. The market is shaky and they have bear analysts or market tankers scheduled for the next week!!!

I too am fed up. Not only does a person need INSTANT access to information....he now needs to know the inside scoop on the next analyts comments before they happen.

Sure these brokerages have lost some revenues from online brokers and some daytrading etc - but they have gone to criminal manipulation to make their money.

as a collective trading community - we need to do something. We need to get a "traders view" segment on CNBC to start to put our viws on the big screen. to tell of the manipulation and other activitis.
