Opinions on Lanoptics (LNOPF) as a Cisco aquistion? Prior to the release of Cisco's Access Pro line, LNOPF went from 12 to around 20 on takeover speculation. The company also has token ring switches, ATM, stackable hubs and currently started shipping Guardian Firewall for OS/2 and Windows NT as well as an internet messaging/fax system called Hermes. It has no long term debt, a market cap of less then $60,000,000 and is earning a little over 50 cents a share. Their web address is: inbox.se I can't find anything on insider buying or selling. LNOPF is currently trading between 8 3/4 to 9 1/4. Opinions?
