Back from a nap! I felt depressed and exhausted maybe also because i didn't sleep that well. Bad day altogether and lost almost everything i made in the best week i every had = last week. The best and the worst back to back. The most important message for me today was that i need to get back to my method and that i'm not able to emulate the style of CLint or someone else. I'm a tight stop guy and when i try to trade differently i don't know what to do and it stresses me a lot more since i'm in unfamiliar territory. Sold MERQ, PUMA, VNTR all with losses and held onto 3(hlit,neon,cpth) other stocks which probably chew on me tomorrow but i feel that the damage in e.g NEON is already quiet severe and it already sits on it's 200SMA. We will see... Need to regroup and start trading with method again and not this planless emotional fiddeling like today. Will take a break from SI too to not get distracted from my method.
