The obligitory class action lawsuit is actually viewed as a bullish sign that the stupid money has left the stock. Such suits are so pervasive they are almost a badge of honor for technology stocks. The time to buy seems to be after the suit has been filed. The Street hardly blinks when the class-action cottage industry representatives visit a particular stock on their appointed rounds.
