Hi Ron - thanks for the NYT article. No, I don't know about the CEGE involvement, even though I vaguely know about the legal wrangling between TKT and AMGN. This is exciting in the sense that CEGE has nothing to lose but everything to gain. While I don't know about the legality of patenting, it seems to be in line with the recent political preference. So there is a good chance. Considering the stake, I don't think there is a quick outcome, especially if AMGN loses! best, Bosco
