Rob and all, Don't shareholders get to vote on this?! Is, e.g., FMR, OK with it? Or other big funds? Surely they will want more. On the other hand, we are complaining that we are getting an inflated stock in return for our undervalued stock, but one important reason why we believe that our stock is undervalued is because of the inflated stock that we are complaining about. Get it?
