Promatory had a contract with @Link about a month before PAIR announced their Avidia deal last year. I haven't checked lately, but as of 2 months ago, @Link wasn't exactly speeding along with their buildout from my research of their website.

So a Promatory/Nortel contract with @link is really nothing new.
