Moldflow Corporation Completes Initial Public Offering
Lexington, MA - March 28, 2000 - Moldflow Corporation (NASDAQ: MFLO), the world leader in process-wide plastics solutions, today announced the initial public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $13 per share. The offering is being managed by Adams, Harkness & Hill, Inc. and A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc.
The net proceeds to Moldflow from the offering will be used to fund the pending acquisition of C-Mold, a provider of simulation software solutions, as well as related transaction expenses, with the remaining funds being used for general corporate purposes, including working capital, capital expenditures, and any other future acquisitions.
