Yes, I read your stuff on the MDD thread and I agree that there may be some validity to the argument. However, certain indicators certainly have gotten into the overbought territory within the last year and subsequently swung to oversold territory. Even if we are talking about the bullish percent for the Naz in the past couple of months, we are off of the highs and have in fact just bounced off of the level where the bullish percent has bounced 9 times out of 12 since 1985 (between 34% and 38%. In other words, the indicators still seem to be acting the way they did 16 years ago.
