The vast majority of people living in the inner city are not crack addicts and they would like nothing better than to be rid of that particular problem. Most of the kids I know in the inner city are smart enough to know the dangers of drugs and stay the hell away from them. As for the existing crack heads, legalizing the drug will eliminate much of the crime that goes with the drugs and might allow some of those people to get help with their addiction. . . . . . . Also, I might add that not everyone that lives in the inner city is on welfare.
