Unfortunately all my friend has my prospectus on ASIA... but if I recall correctly, I think the Chinese gov't delayed spending bcz of Y2K... and added that amount to the budget this year for spending. I'm not 100% sure, but I remember the company putting this in a positive light... going to get the revenues this year instead of last year. I'll take a look when I get it back in a week or so... but it's long-term for me. Jason
