I don't think what Q "got" for subscriber was 230 mil; rather, it was the 5-year ASICs agreement as well as a partner who would take over the operation. If subscriber was spun off, I don't think Q would have been in a position to negotiate ASICs. Or, conversely, the cash price would have been higher, so purchaser would have had less reason to be accommodative inre: Q's chip procurement requirements.
