Stop acting so dense. The calculation comes from GAAP, not the German government.

The Dresden fab has a cost of $1.5 to $2 Billion and it will get depreciated over 3 years. If you use $100 million per quarter (>0.60 per share, per Q) then you have $1.2 Billion in depreciation in 3 years.

So $0.60 is a very conservative, very low estimate for Dresden depeciation. The number is likely even more !!
