I read the article and am impressed with WAVC plan. Everyone can make money including the businesses buying the LMS products. I am looking into high speed access for my Facilities Managment Co. right now. I e-mailed WAVC Last week and am waiting for info. I do not think they are covering San Francisco yet and I will probably go with Pac Bell DSL because they are running a promotional deal in the city. I gather from the article that WAVC wants to get businesses hooked up through the ISP's and let them sell to the masses. I like their plan because it will increase distribution while keeping costs down. The GFX deal sounds great too.
