I don't know about fear and panic, but the drop in the COMPX(8% from closing high) really underscores what the NAS as a whole(or at least the kind of stocks most of us around here play) has done over the last 2 1/2 weeks. Forget the high-flyers that have dropped like rocks, I'm watching stocks off 30-50% that hadn't even been run up. And forget about any IPO from the last month or two, everythings getting slaughtered. Just wanted to make the point that the COMPX is not indicative IMO of the overall market, as I'm sure everyone knows. BTW- Losing opening day this morning didn't make the day any brighter. Maybe we win tomorrow and then rally? :)
