Hi Brad,

I feel that the spinoff is probably premature. I agree with the principle of a separate management team. However, I feel that in order to become an industry leader, it is essential to keep all potential revenues under one umbrella - aka Microsoft.

With regards to the current stock price and recent drop. It is quite clear what is happening here. The price is being artificially held back so that potential investors in the new clipstream can get in at a low price. I feel that this type of market manipulation benefits only insiders and REALLY shows what kind of company Destiny is. Yet another strong reason to get off of the pinks although the OTC will not change this type of price fixing.

I would like a news release from management immediately outlining their intentions and how current non-insider shareholders are going to benefit by the break up of Destiny into smaller business units. I would also like an explanation as to the timing of this release and while we are at it, why does it take four SEC filings to get things right? We should have been on the OTC months ago. Come on Destiny, get your act together.
