As a long term long, I must admit I read the worst endorsement for DSL in either this week's Fortune or Forbes (I cannot remember - I was on a airplane and read them both). The author relayed his nightmarish (and it was bad) trial in getting DSL through Bell Atlantic. His experience was horrible, to say the least, and I hope this stall in the 30's for WSTL is not a premonition of what is to come. FWIW - still long and strong WSTL - but cannot figure out why we cannot break 40....
