That's pretty good sleuthing since it hasn't been so expressed. I do believe you're right but Att can't proceed overtly.

Do I understand it correctly that T will be able to appoint some board seats immediately since Comcast and Cox will give up certain veto rights they have at the Excite@Home board level and their representatives will resign.?

Immediately must await shareholder approval. In a way it's a done deal in the sense that board opposition will not arise now to Att's coming actions.

I am still trying to make sure I understand what T gave Comcast and Cox.

Comcast and Cox aren't sure either.

B) Warrants to purchase 2 shares for each home their system passes. At what price?

A warrant gives you the right to buy the common at the market price of the common. (Don't you hate it when someone answers like that?) I guess you can see why 48 is a sticking point.

3) How much influence/control of roadrunner does T get through the merger?

Their proportionate owned share (30%).
