Re; Gates

<< I think he is unloading, for perfectly reasonable reasons, but unloading nevertheless. >>

How does one even apply reason on the Billions Gates owns? No one else on the planet can relate to it.

perhaps, like throwing a guy into Space for a few years, we can learn the same things about a man propelled to 100s of Billions here on Earth? ;-)

personally, I'd take a paltry 300 million of that fortune and make the greatest visual feast of a film ever seen before. well, i'd hope to. ;-) i don't like the idea of 'misers.' ;-)
so sad Kubrick isn't around anymore. it would be cool to see what he could do with Gates type monies. he had been working for years on the development of a project called AI (artificial intelligence) and now, i hear, Spielberg is set to do it. i am a little disappointed, because Spielberg gets 'too' Hollywood too often.
