I wrote to IR last week to ask why they were releasing news after the market closed, instead of before the open. They responded as follows:

"You have raised a good question with regards to releasing after the market closes. In the past, we would release at 7:00 am - before the market opens. Our strategy with releasing after market close is to gain press coverage. We realized that if we release after the market closes, this gives us an opportunity to be picked up by the newspapers as they begin their evening production for the morning paper. If we release before the market closes, by the time the newspapers begin printing, we are considered "old" news.

Looks like they have reconsidered. Hopefully this will give the stock a pop. Ziplink is a significant ally.
