EARTH (Canada) Corporation - Announcement
MONTREAL, March 29 /CNW/ - EARTH (Canada) Corporation (CDNX: EAR) is
pleased to announce that a large multi-national oil company operating in
Brazil has selected EARTH (Canada)'s proprietary RPA(TM) filtration system for
trial operation at one of its retail outlets. Expected to commence within a
few weeks, this trial will provide the large multi-national with the
opportunity for assessing the viability of using RPA(TM) Systems as a tool for
environmental pollution control and will serve as a potential model for its
sites throughout Brazil. The multi-national has several hundred gas stations
in Brazil.
In order to protect the potential competitive advantage of using RPA(TM)
to the multi-national oil company, it has been decided that disclosure of the
company's identity be withheld for the time being.
ABOUT EARTH'S RPA(TM) PATENTED TECHNOLOGY:
- No waste is created during treatment and none needs to be disposed of
- It allows full recovery of sorbed oil, including emulsified oils
- Through centrifugation, it is probably the only reusable hydrocarbon
absorbent, making it economically and environmentally friendly to use
EARTH Canada Corporation is continuing ongoing discussions with multiple
Middle Eastern, North African, Indian and North American clients in regards to
the RPA(TM) filtration system.
