E-Commerce West & Corporate Vision Form Strategic Alliance
DEADWOOD, S.D., March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- E-Commerce West Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: ECEE) today announced the formation of a strategic alliance with Corporate Vision, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CVIA).
"In our recently filed quarterly report we announced the Company is in development of a B2B Internet application having changed its trajectory from a niche market developer and operator of B2C Web sites," said Jon Elliott, President/CEO of E-Commerce West. "Corporate Vision holds an equity position in a new B2B browser currently under development with a planned launch in the second quarter of 2000. An association between the firms is a natural," stated Mr. Elliott.
