Are we there yet? As someone famous once said, nobody rings a bell at the tops and bottoms. Further, while judging value is hard, judging the extent of the market's over-enthusiasms at the top and bottom is pretty much impossible. That said, for the first time in a while I am starting to see some good values in some of the higher quality stocks emerge. Today, for the first time in quite a while I actually bought a biotech (MEDX) on a non-trading basis. MLNM and SEPR are also looking good long-term values, but I'm already loaded with them. On a more speculative level, GZMO and GZTC are also looking cheap after being badly battered. Peter
