Harry.. Continental, for example, has " $ 1.4 billion in cash on hand. The company has $ 8 billion in assets and only $ 3 billion in debt.' WSJ.. "Half of new aircraft purchases are paid in cash."

March 10th.. the Chairman of Continental said "Ifthe market says this is all we're worth, then we ought to just buy the company." Similar feelings at other airlines.

Cash flow? or Cash cow.
