Yes, but the problem for many of them, is that for some reason they don't know how to properly list in the US. Why don't they do something like NOK or many Israeli companies that know better than list some funky off market ADRs the way many Japanese nets do (there are a few exceptions like IIJI, but that in turn is not listed in Japan). I must say, Japanese companies (for the most part), are still not very stock-market savvy. They could raise a hell of a lot more capital here if they promoted themselves properly and had good exposure to the market here. Just my opinion.
