El Cisco conquers Iberia: Telefonica to Resume Dividend, Work With Cisco, Papers Say By Raphael Minder Madrid, March 30 (Bloomberg) -- Telefonica SA, Spain's largest telecommunications company, will resume paying a dividend to its shareholders after 2003, Cinco Dias and other newspapers reported, citing comments from Chairman Juan Villalonga.
