Doesn't seem to be much interest in it here, but if anyone would like to read the Credit Suisse First Boston Report on the TBI/VRC merger it was posted on the Yahoo!VRC board by poster 'hedge_em' (Thanks, hedge_em!) Here's a link to part one: messages.yahoo.com Jim, I remember you bought some VRC on the drop. You still like VRC? I used the TBI entry myself and I wonder if I may ask you your reasons for paying the premium for VRC given the .7125 ratio on the deal? The BHI selling of its stake in TBI seems to have been holding it down. The market has been mulling over the merger and it looks to me like it's getting the 'thumbs-up'. I think TBI is now very attractive. --But I've been wrong before! Other opinions solicited. regards, diana
