Robert, Z, fellow shareholders, I agree totally, but you beat me to the punch. We are trading at a $12 discount to the takeover price. This is unheard of given the deal just announced within the past 24 hours. The stock price today must reflect some distrust of management with regard to the deal or the likelihood that the deal may be aborted by the vote of the shareholders. Ausdauer
