Third, Could your explain the differances between CyberExhange Lmt and Smart Limit?
The difference between CyBerXchange Limit and Smart Limit, is that if you are removing liquidity on a NASDAQ issue, the CyBerXchange Limit order will reroute your order every 15 seconds for up to 90 seconds, after which time it will route out the order one last time as an ISLD Limit order. A Smart Limit order, on the other hand, will only route the order one time, and will NOT reroute every 15 seconds. Thus if you place a Smart Limit order and the market conditions change, it will be up to you as the trader to cancel and reroute the order.
