Kurlak did a lot of severe short term harm to Intel on many occasions.

His long term effects can't be ignored either. As the "axe" on Intel, he never looked at the BIG PICTURE to predict just how big Intel would grow .

Kurlak was always worried about "next quarter's" performance, and he was totally clueless about IC manufacturing concepts.

He was a blind man living in a dark cave.
